Provenance: - a collection of Jindrich Waldes (Jan Stursa made the artwork as an order and it was used originally as a fireplace grate in his villa in the American street in Prague - Vinohrady). - In 1938 the work was exported by his wife Hedvika Waldes to the USA, where it was recently placed in the collection of the son of Mr. George Waldes in New York).
