Auction conditions
You can participate in auctions organised by the firm 1st Art Consulting Brno
in the following ways:
Personal participation
- The bidder pays for the auctioned work of art on the spot and he/she will obtain
it immediately after the auction.
- The bidder pays a cash advance and he/she pays the rest within 7 days after the
end of auction at the latest. Then he/she will receive the work of art.
Bidding to a limit, bidding by phone
The participant fills in a Power of Attorney The signed Power
of Attorney.
The auctioned work of art on the spot and he/she will obtain it immediately after
the payment, i.e. within 7 days after the end of auction at the latest.
Ways of payment:
- In cash.
- By transfer to our bank account.
- By credit card.
The commission of 18% including the corresponding VAT will be added
to the maximum price.

When the auctioned work of art is exported abroad, the bidder receives VAT back.
If required, the firm 1. Acb can arrange the formalities for export
into the bidder’s country including the necessary approval for export, provided
that the bidder shall pay in advance all fees and costs associated with the
export of the auctioned work of art.
